Human resources
The factor of Human Resouces is an
important aspect in the process of a company, it is fundamental
to maintain up-to-date with new skills and technology.
We maintain good comunication with
our purveyors in the United States,country where our personnel have
specialized in the use of the Wire Electrical Discharge Machines
(WED).
Our company has an assistance agreement
with the University of Costa Rica and the Technological Institute
of Costa Rica in fields of Engineering and other technical help
in the National Learning Institute.
