R&R Precisión S.A. was founded
in 1979 as an alternative in high technology for the diverse manufacturing
industries operating in our country, we project ourselves to the
precision mechanics industry.
Aware of the necesities of the market,
we dedicate ourselves to the profesional manufacture of precision
parts, molds, dies, micro-precision parts, wire and conventional
electrical discharge machine (EDM), CNC machining and injection
molding.
Production and technologic innovation
R&R Precisión manufacture metallic
parts that follow an advanced manufacturing proceedings such as
Computer Asisted Design (C.A.D). With this technology we design
our molds, dies and all kinds required in diferent types of industries.
The CAD systems have the advantage of visualizing the parts before
they are manufactured.
The C.A.D. consists in applying the
design to develop computer programs that are later executed in the
numeric control machines (CNC) and electrical discharge machines
(EDM), obtaining parts with a tolerance of 0.0001" in the most
sophisticated designs.
Quality Control
With the objective of providing and
maintaining our quality, we import our primary material for our
products. Being the United States our main provider we obtain the
guarantee and certification according to the quality standards in
tool steels, aluminiunm, bronze and carbide.
Having in mind that maintaining and
gaining new markets, generate a great effort in what pertains to
the quality of our products and services, administration of manufacturing
resources, efficient organization in our opertations, functions
and activities and are gradually stepping up to the introduction
of total quality.
We are constantly developing, wich
obliges us to introduce the concepts of the ISO 9000. We constantly
obtain high level results in the service we offer according to the
demands of our clients wich assures us our quality. We offer the
greatest trust and satisfaction to our clients with our after-sale
service.
